I feel like I’ve been slacking. Here’s what I’m going to do to make up for it:

  1. Get my 10k steps a day
  2. Go back to my food journal because I’ve been doing some mindless binge eating
  3. Send the letters I’m drafting to my reps
  4. Care more about taking care of myself
  5. Keep on top of everything in the coming weeks
